A tract of land lying and being in the County of Orange on the waters of Little River, Adjoining his own land and land of John Hall.Beginning at a black oak on the fork of Little River and Howely Creek, running thence up the meander of said creek to a sassafras.Thence E 25 chs to a post oak.Thence S 22 chs to a white oak, thence E 12 chs to a post oak, thence S33 chs to a stump, thence W 43 chs to the first station.
