Listed as proprietor in Hartford, CT in 1639 living on the west side of the cow pasture.
Moved to New London, CT about 1650 where 40 acres of land north of John Prentice and Robert Hempstead was granted to him in 1651 and he was appointed constable in 1652.
Wrote to sister Anne Leigh 11/2/1657 thanking her for her offer to take daughter Sarah to raise.
