Inv. 9 Feb. 1710/1; widow Johanna.On 7 Oct. 1713; it was reported that Joanna had died without completing adm'n of huband Timothy's Est.; and Robert Walker and Joseph Hawley were appointed.
Will of Johannah, widow of Timothy, 4 Aug. 1713; gr. child Phebe Fairchild, dau of son-in-law Joseph Fairchild, late of Stratford dec'd;gr. dau. Sarah Fairchild; daus. (not named); residue to the children of son Joseph Fairchild and Johanna his wife, now both dec'd.
Thomas Beach and Eliasaph Preston of Wallingford, and Joseph Hawley and Thomas Gridley of Farmington, and Robert McEwen and Robert Walker of Stratford, interested in a house and land with Joseph Fairchild which were given us by father Timothy Wilcoxson, conveyed 3 Dec. 1706 to Fairchild.
