Photocopy and transcription of the first part of a Deed and a portion beginning at the end of the first page of typescript and continuing to the top of the second page of typescript is missing from the original document. The following is a transcription of the remaining pieces:
Frederick Abraham DeVeber of the Parish, County and Province aforesaid, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, Have, granted, bargained, and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Frederick Abraham DeVeber his heirs and assigns for ever all that certain tract, lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in Maugerville aforesaid known and distinguished as being Lot Number Sixty nine in the original Maugerville Grant, containing by estimation five hundred acres be the same more or less and bounded on the North West by land now owned by Thos. O. Mills Esqr. and on the South East by lands now in possession of the heirs of the late John Simonson.///To have and to hold the said Lot or parcel of land and premises hereby granted bargained and sold or intended to be granted bargained and sold, together with all buildings, and improvements thereon, with the priveleges and appurtenances, unto the said Frederick Abraham D'Veber his heirs and assigns for ever, to the sole use, benefit and behoof of him the said Frederick Abraham D'Veber, his heirs and assigns, that I the said Raper Milner am seized and possessed of the saidherein before described.///(missing)///and affixed our Seals this fourth day of February in t he Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.

Miles Esquire one of His Majesty's Justices of the Inferior Court of Common Pleas for said county - Personally appeared the above subscribed Raper Milner and acknowledged that he executed the Foregoing Deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
