IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN
I Mary Ann D'Veber being thro the abundant mercy and goodness of God, though weak in body, yet of a sound and perfect understanding, and memory, do constitute this my Last will and Testament, and desire it may be received by all a Such.
In Primis I most humbly bequeath my soul to God, my maker beseeching his most gracious acceptance of it through the all sufficient merits and mediation of my most compassionate Redeemer Jesus Christ who gave himself to be an attonement for my sins, and is able to save, to the uttermost all that come to God by him, Seeing he Ever Livith to make interception for them; and who I trust will not reject me a returning penitent sinner, when I come to him for mercy, in this hope and confidence render up my soul with comfort, humbly beseeching the most blessed and Glorious Trinity one God most holy, most mercifull and gracious to prepare me for the time of my dissolution, and then to take me to himself into that peace and trust, and incomparable felicity which he has prepared for all that love and fear his holy name. Amen.
In Primus I give my body to the earth from whence it was taken, in full assurance of its ressurection from thence at the Last day - as for my burial I desire it may be decent, at the discretion of my Only Loving Son Gabriel D'Vebre, who I appoint my sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament and I hereby make him Heir of all my Lands and possession whatever, and Especially of all the monies & the interest thereon due to me from Mr. Hernvchwand of Bienne in Switzerland on account of a legacy left me by my Aunt Mary Schillian of 800 half (Joes?), and one 1000 more I paid him myself with my own hands, and which is forwarded on the back of my said Aunts Will.
Item I also give my said Loving son Gabriel D'Veber, that is to say I give demise, and bequeath to him and his Heirs all the Land Tenements and Heriditements whatsoever and wheresoever, which I have drawn as a Loyalist trom Government. In witness whereof I have set hereunto my hand and seal at Parr Province of New Brunswick the 2 February 1785.
