The main family names under research currently are: Thomas Webster Dicken and Spouse Melita Lane - (Ancestors of both), John McArthur (MacArthur)ancestors,and ancestors to Ronald August Langill and Joyce Nadine Ramsey. The paternal Dicken family history hails from Bedford County Pa., with settlers to Kansas to take land under the Homestead Act of 1869. The maternal Dicken (Marquart/Marquardt) family history is a story of ship sailings from Germany to America and wagon trains to Iowa.
