The Humphreys County, Tennessee Federal Census, dated September 13, 1850, states that Jane Moon's Real Estate was valued at $500.00.Living in the household were:Lewis Moon, 53 yrs, Occupation Miller;Jane Moon, 37 yrs;Benjamin Bolton, 19 yrs, Farmer;Evan W Bolton, 17 yrs;Henry Bolton, 15 yrs;Elizabeth Bolton, 13 yrs;Nancy Bolton, 26 yrs (a note from Mable Fletcher Stout states that Nancy was the step-daughter of Jane Moon, and the half sister of the other Bolton children.
