WILL - B.C. Foster - Admitted to Probate, August 1, 1898
I, B. C. Foster, of the District of Maury County, State of Tennessee, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to wit.
First, all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first fully paid.
Second, I give, desire and bequeath Lot No. 1 of my estate running to survey to Thomas J. Foster, my son, to have and to hold to him, my said son, and his heirs and assign forever.
Third, I give, desire and bequeath Lot No. 2 of my estate according to survey to my daughter and son, Mary E. Foster and R.H. Foster.R.H. Foster, my son, to have North of survey.Mary E., my daughter, to have the South side of survey where the buildings now stand now as my home place to have and to hold to him and my said daughter and said son and to his heirs and her heirs and assigned forever.
Fourth, I give, desire and bequeath Lot No. 3 of my estate according to survey to Samuel S. Foster, my son, to have and to hold to him, my son, and to his heirs and assigned forever.
Fifth, I give, desire and bequeath Lot No. 4 of my estate East of ditch that leaves the Williamsport road North of school house to my son J.N. Foster, to have and to hold to him, my son, and to his heirs and assign forever.
Sixth, I give, desire and bequeath to my daughter, Mrs. O.P. Robertson, Twenty-five dollars to have and to hold to her, my said daughter, and to her heirs and assign forever.
Seventh, I nominate and appoint R.H. Foster, my said son, to be the executor of this, mylast will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness hereof, I have herewith set my hand and seal this 25th day of February, A.D., 1897.
Signed, sealed and declared as and for his last will and testament by the above named testator in our names as witnesses thereto.
