I am researching the Hall family from Union Township, Centre Co. Pa.Looking for information on Thomas Hall from Cambridge, England. He came to America sometime before 1682 with his two brothers John and Robert.Looking for any information on Thomas's brothers or information before they came to America.Thomas married Margaret Campbell, they had 5 children. John, Thomas, Richard, Mary and Aaron.My line is through John. John Hall came to Bellefonte Centre Co. Pa in 1797 at the request of Harris, one of the co-founders of Bellefonte.He built a house and blacksmith shop on what is now Spring Street.He was a member of the Legislature from 1801 - 1806 and one of the first trustees of Bellefonte Academy.In 1817 he moved to Bald Eagle Valley.A son of Thomas and Margaret Campbell Hall. John was a Revolutionary War Soldier. Information from:Revolutionary War Soldiers of Centre Co. by Nancy Lee Stover Looking for information on James Hickey, b. 1867 in Vermont. His mother and father came from Ireland.James later moved to McHenry, Lycoming Co. Pa. He had 8 Children; John F., Edward, Herbert, Albert, Leo, James, Michael, and Gertrude Margaret. I am also researching Daniel Walters, b. Sept 4 1793 d. Oct 30 1866,he married Elizabeth Davey, they had two children John and Sarah. John had a son, William Henry Walters. born in New York on June 24, 1837, d. July 1, 1897, he married Adaline Holley, she was born in 1838, d. 1901, they had 4 children,Albert Walters b. July 1861, Anna b. 1859, John b. 1860, and Grant b. April 1868 they were all born in Pulteney, Steuben county, New York. Additionally, I am looking for any information on Denisoff (Denisov). My wifes maiden name is Denisoff her Great-grandfather was from Ukraine, Saweteg Denisovhe married Anna Babkie from Niezniedziewic, WeronischUkraine.They he had a son named Dimitri Denisov (he changed to Denisoff after migrating).He imigrated to Schneidermuhl, Germany (now known as Pila, Poland). His wife's name was Josefa Lasseik, she was from Nelzhohe, Germany (Poland). Any information would be appreciated.I am also willing to share information that I have. |
