SMITH, Allen Dale, 46, a resident of Plant City, passed away December 30, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Donna Smith; mother, Verdell Smith; two sons, Edward Smith and his wife Christina and Keith Smith; four brothers, Roy C. Lee, Michael Smith, Steve Smith; three sisters, Linda Richards, Carol Crews and Sandra Allen; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 5, 2004 at 2:00 PM from Hopewell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Clayton officiating. Interment will follow in Hopewell Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
