Elizabeth Kendall Dies at Hospital; Funeral Is Monday
Mrs. Elizabeth E. Kendall, 73, wife of William G Kendall, retired plumbing contractor, died Thursday evening at the Henry County Hospital.She had been ill several months.Mrs. Kendall resided at 332 S. 7th St.
Surviving besides her husband are her son, Neal, of New Castle; a sister, Mrs Irene Sargent of Indianapolis; a Brother, George Ellington of Newark, Ohio; four grandchildren.
Mrs. Kendall was a member of the First Christian Church.Born in Waverly, Ohioshe came to New Castle 46 years ago and was married to Mr Kendall in 1909.
The body has been taken to the Macer Funeral Home where friends may call after 10 a.m. Sunday. Services will be held at the funeral home at 1:30p.m. Monday with Rev. Elmer Adams officiating. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery.
