| My interest in genealogy started somewhere between the time my mother (Metaxia KOSMAS {KOKOROS}) passed away (1990) and when our first son (Alexander) was born (1992).During that time I met several of my wifes (Lisa Beth KOSMAS {NEWMANN}) relatives that been have tracking their family history (on her mothers side - TELLMAN) for some time.During that time I decided to document my family history for our son and any other children we had. Our second son (Danial) was born in 1995. My parents moved our family (myself and my brother George) to Chicago, IL, USA July of 1966 from Greece.We lived oustside of Athens in Aigaleo.My father was born in 1929 in Parthenion, Arcadia, Greece.My mother was born in 1932 in Goranos, Lakonia, Greece. Currently, I'm researching the following surnames: KOSMAS and KOKOROS (COCOROS). The information that I have obtained thus far has been from my father (Vasilios N.
