Elizabeth Lord of Ipswich, widow, in consideration of $275. convey to John Kimball, Jr., of Ipswich, housewright, a certain portion of land in Ipswich, containing 1/8 acres beginning at the west corner, on the public road at the south east side of a lane or driftway, thence running north easterly by said lane, about 14 rods and 3/4 chains to the wall at the foot of the hill, thence running south easterly by said wall on my land about 35 feet to a stake on the north westerly side of a gate or passage way, thence south westerly by my land about 12 rods 3/4 at back side of house a distance of 15 feet 1/3 from the northerly corner of said house, through the chimney and house, and then 6 feet to the road, thence north westerly 17 feet to the bound first mentioned.
