Aunt Nancy Partin Dead

Mrs. Nancy Partin, widow of Thomas Partin, sometimes called "Aunt Nancy" or "Grandma", died last night about 11 o'clock at the residence of Bob Holt on South Heights.
She was born at Burrows Cove in Grundy Co., Tennessee, August 10, 1823, and came to Texas about 1850.Her husband was a brother to George W. Partin of this city, a Confederate Soldier, and has been dead many years.
She will be buried beside his side this afternoon at Fairview Cemetery.
Thomas Partin was related to the Burrows and the King Families and a large number of relatives survive.
