Living children are listed as John 7 and 1/2 and Henry Isaac 4.
1879 Ivor's father, Thomas Bowen Griffiths and sons leased/share farmed the Yawong property at Coonooer Bridge with Thomas Love.

Went to Exford (Melton South 20 Kms south east of Bacchus Marsh) dressed like an old swagman, to a land auction, with an old gladstone bag full of money.He had difficulty getting the auctioneer to take his bids seriously and when he tendered the winning bid, the Auctioneer approached him to ask and how he intendedto pay for the property, at which time he opened the gladstone bag and paid the12,000 pounds in cash.

1935 (71yo) Ivor Henry (Ivor's nephew - son of Henry Isaac) and his new wife Alberta moved to live at the Natte Yallock property where they built a new house.Ivor had wanted Ivor Henry to go to work on the Mirboo North property, however, Ivor Henry's father would not allow this.

1939 (75yo) Ivor died from massive heart attack in Collins Street Melbourne while going to meet with his Solicitor to make his Will. Deagth Certificate says Ivor died of a coronary obstruction, Fibroid myocarditis.A post-mortem examination was made on 11 January 1939 when the City Coroner ordered burial of the body without inquest.
The burial was registered on the 12 January 1939.
1939 The Mirboo North property was sold.
1939 The Natte Yallock property was sold. As Ivor died without a Will, the property was sold by the Executors - Henry Isaac and his sons Tom and Ivor. Henry Isaac refused to buy it (even tho Ivor had built a new house on the property, for himself and wife Alberta to live in.)The asking price was 6 pound per acre but it was passed in at 4 pounds/acre. One month later, Mitchell Solicitor sold the property at 4 pounds/acre.3,000 sheep and 100 cattle were sold at the Melbourne market, attracting top price. It was revealed that Joe Benjamin offered Sam Slater 500 pounds not to bid at the auction. A syndicate comprising Joe Benjamin and two Ross families then illegally bought the property. Sam Slater never received the promised 500 pounds for fear of being sued.
