1904, 22nd Feb Sophia, (21yo) using the name Sophy, 21, Home Duties, Spinster, married Sorin Jensen Sorinsen aged 28, Labourer of Parkes NSW, Bachelor, in New Uniting Church, Pitt St Sydney
Both she and Sorin listed their usual place of residence as Parkes NSW.She was married using the name SOPHY.
Marriage Certificate lists her birth as St Armand (ST ARNAUD) when in fact, it was Charlton Vic..
Sorin was born in Aarhus Denmark.
Witnesses were William Greig and Joice Greig.One questions whether Sophy's mother Sarah Ann and father John were present and assumedly, not.

1906 (23yo) Second child Thelma E was born in Peak Hill NSW - near Parkes
1908 - 1909(25yo) Sophy's 3rd child Nita G was born at Peak Hill but was to die in 1909 and is buried at Peak Hill
1911 Hilton James,Sophy's 4th child and 1st son was born at Peak Hill
1911 Sarah Ann (Grimmett) Sophy's mother died at 51 y.o.a.Sophia was 28 yo when her mother died.

Sophia was estranged from her Father John, altho little is known of the reasons nor timing, but presumably prior to Sophy's marriage.
1923 3 Sept. Sophy's (40 yo) husband Sorin died at age 50 and was buried at Peak Hill NSW leaving Sophy with children Ann 18, Thelma 17, (Nita deceased,)Hilton James 12, Dorothy 9 and Jennie 7 years of age. Sorin's headstone indicates he was called "Charlie".
BURWOOD NSW
? Date sometime after Sorin's death, Sophy appears to have moved to Burwood, suburb of Sydney, NSW near Homebush. Most likely all her children moved here too, as 3 of them married in this area.
1934 Sophy's 5th child Dorothy was the first of Sophy's children to marry, married Eric A Risbey in Burwood, NSW,
1937 Sophy's youngest child Jeannie was the second child to marry, in Burwood NSW, marrying Keith Denvers Crapp
1937Sophy (54yo) when her father John died (81yo) at Yawong. (John's death certificate indicates that Sophia was 50 yo at time of his death.)
1937 Sophy makes claim to part of the Yawong-Coonooer Estate and receives a 50% share of the value of the estate and monies left by her father John.
1940Sophy's son Hilton James marries Beryl Alison Woodger at Burwood, suburb of Sydney, NSW
?date and place of death unknown.
