CLEARFIELD - Services for Daniel Herman Sturm, 89,
Clearfield, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Clearfield Cemetery.
Mr. Sturm died Thursday, Dec. 21, 1995, at the Olathe Medical Center.
Mr. Sturm was born Jan. 6, 1906, in Clearfield, the son of John and Wilhelmina Pohl Sturm.
He lived in the Clearfield area all of his life.He graduated from Eudora High School in 1924
and was a farmer and road maintenance worker for Palmyra Township.
Mr. Sturm was a member of the Clearfield United Methodist Church and the Fit and Fun Club.
He married Bertha Lawrenz on Sept. 5, 1928, in Humbolt. She preceded him in death.
Survivors include a son, Larry Sturm, Eudora; a daughter, Deanna Merrifield, Bella Vista, Ark.;
eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, three brothers and a sister.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
The family suggests memorials to the Clearfield Church.
They may be sent in care of Wilson and Son Funeral Home, Box 486, Wellsville 66092, which is
in charge of arrangements.
