1.)John Wilkinson Report
My Dad, b. 1934 in Beverly, Massachusetts and died 2002 in Worcester, Massachusetts- his ancestry is mostly Essex and Middlesex County, Massachusetts, colonial Connecticut and some York County, Maine. In this report you will find lots of Quaker families in the Salem area. There is a Nova Scotia line, including German immigrants in Lunenburg and New England Planters (going back to John Howland of the Mayflower.)Lots of information on the Munroes of Lexington, Massachusetts. His mother, Bertha Roberts, immigrated from Leeds, Yorkshire, England in 1915 on the ship "Orduna" out of Liverpool.Two witchcraft families from the Salem, MA area - George Jacobs and John Proctor.
2.) Gertrude Hitchings Report
My maternal grandmother b. 1905 in Beverly, Mass and d. 2001 in Peabody, Massachusetts - Her ancestry is mostly Essex County, Massachusets but some Mayflower lines (Howland, Tilley, Standish, Soule, Doty, Chilton, Allerton) that go back through Nova Scotia (the Planter movement) and then back to Massachusetts again.There is also some information on many who participated in the witchcraft hysteria of 1692 in Essex County (Salem) including Bridget Biship (hung,) jailor William Dounton, Dr. Griggs, the reverends Francis Dane and Hale, accusers in the Putnam, Pope and Porter families and other characters from the history books!
3.) Stanley Elmer Allen
My maternal Grandfather b. 1904 in Cambridge, Mass (resided in Essex) and d. 1982 in Beverly, Massachusetts.His ancestry is mostly Essex County, including many families from Ipswich, Essex, and Gloucester (lots of Burnhams!)His mother was a Batchelder with lines from Rockingham County and other parts of New Hampshire, and some York County, Maine.Also, the Emerson family of Ipswich, later New Hampshire, then back to Boston.Including the interesting eccentric character, Romanus Emerson of South Boston.
4.) Vicente Rojo-mostly families from Sinovas, Quemada and Aranda de Duero, in the province of Burgos, Spain.
5.)Maria Josefa Garcia - mostly families from Villar de Ciervo, Bouza, and other little villages along the Portuguese border of the province of Salamanca in Spain.
***I am researching the William Wilkinson and Mercy Nason family of Berwick, Maine.They were married on 7 Sep 1788, their son Aaron removed to Peabody, MA and married Mercy (Mary) Wilson 23 Jun 1829. Below, the Wilkinson line includes information on the Munroe, Bill, Bollman, Simonds, Wilson, Felton, Jacobs, and other families near Peabody.William Wilkinson's great grandfather was Thomas Wilkinson of London, England, who married Elizabeth Caverly in Portsmouth in 1715.
*** I also have information on William Allen born about 1602 in probably Dorsetshire,England, and resided in Manchester, Massachusetts.I have information on his descendents down to the present day.Most lived in Essex, next door to Manchester-by-the-sea.
***Overseas I need information on John Peter Bowden Roberts born about Aug. 1865 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England to parents Samuel Roberts and Mary Anne Hazeltine.
****The information on the Hoogerzeil and Ooms families has been researched by Erik Kon of the Netherlands, who is working on a genealogy of the entire Hoogerzeil family, in the Netherlands and abroad.
