I am a descendant of Henry Greninger/Groninger, b. 1758, in Germany, and Anna Maria Zartman, b. about 1762 in PA.Henry and Anna Maria settled in Centre Co., PA. in the early 1800's.I am trying to locate the birth place in Germany for Henry.It is believed that he was born in the month of October, 1758, and came on a sailing ship to Philadelphia, Pa. when he was a boy of 6 or 7 years old. I am interested in locating any stories, newspaper clippings, photos, etc. for any of the descendants of this family.I have quite an extensive database and I invite you to view the reports below. Other families I am researching are Shipcott, Rickard, Breitmayer, Miller, Schreckengast, Wolfe/Wolf, Bierly, Weaver, Brungard, Lamey, Kerstetter, Womelsdorf, Hosterman, etc.I would appreciate any information anyone would like to share.Thanks. |
