As a young man of 18, he went to work for the Carberry Branch of the Bank of Montreal. He rose through the ranks and as of 1951 he was the manager of the branch at Bissett, Manitoba.

She lived with her parents and took care of them until their death.After her husband's tragic and untimely death she moved back to Carberry with her three small children and was still living there in 1953.
Notes for CLARENCE M. ROBINSON:
He served in the Canadian Army in the Second World War, first in the Royal Winnipeg Rifles and then in the Princess Patricia Light Infantry. After his discharge he worked with the Manitoba Power Commission.In July10, 1952 he was kiled instantly by a high voltage line at Duphin, Manitoba.
