OBITUARY
Amanda Jane Harrison, beloved wife of Samuel Harrison, was born in Greene County, Ohio, June 11, 1849; died at her late residence in Robinson, Ill., Dec 31, 1907, aged 58 years, 6 months, and 20 days. Death resulted from heart failure. Deceased had been in ill health for several weeks preceding her sad demise. Her first husband, David W Wright, also deceased. Brief funeral services were conducted by Rev B F Tucker at the home of Mrs. Mary C. Pence, Friday, Jan 5, after which the remains were gently laid to rest in beautiful Plum cemetery. The deceased united with the M E church about twenty-seven years ago and was also an active worker in the Epworth League. Nine children and a sorrowing husband survive her.
