Sir David Baird of Newbyth, 3rd Bt. was born on 26 January 1832.1 He was the son of Sir David Baird of Newbyth, 2nd Bt. and Lady Anne Kennedy.1 He married Hon. Ellen Stuart, daughter of Charles Stuart, 12th Lord Blantyre and Lady Evelyn Leveson-Gower, on 15 June 1864.1 He died on 13 October 1913 at age 81.1
Sir David Baird of Newbyth, 3rd Bt. fought in the Kaffir War between 1851 and 1852.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Baird, of Newbyth, co.
