The 1860 Census states IDA was 5 years old at the time of the 1860 Census.

O.W, Scott, pastor.Father, Fred Whhite joined church the same day and they became acquainted.Eva had talked with Mrs. O.W. The Orne Family, 2 brothers, Alonzo & Isaiah bot 600 acres, founded the town of Wolflboro, NH.
Ome of the sisters, Sarah Orne was married to Theadore Jewett a sea Capt.Their son was Dr. Theodore Jewett of
South Berwick, Maine.Their daughter, Mrs. Sarah Orne Jewett, the very well known author of New England.
There is a window in the Methodist Church at Epping, NH dedicated to Eva's mother, Ida M. Orne, Mrs. Fred E. White.
Father White (Fred) in later years built a new church at Davenport, Washington.Alice & Vernon gave a window therer.A letter to
Eva from Uncle James white ofSalt Lake City, South Berwick Maine said the ancestors of White & Gerrish, the cousins could be traced back to 1640.

Eva's birth certificate states that her mother, Ida M. Orne White was born in Wolfeborough. Ida M. White death certificate states her birthplace was Holliborough, NH., and Arthur Eugene White's birth certification states her birthplace was South Wolfborough.
