To grandson, Basil Waring, personalty and 2 tracts, viz. 335 A., "Strife" or "Troublesome" and 240 A., "Childrens Loss," bought from Clement Brook; at decease of sd. Basil to pass to his son Thomas and hrs., and in event of Martha, wife of sd. Basil, outliving him, she to have use of it during her widowhood.

" Grandson Leonard Brook and hrs., personalty and 3 tracts of land attaining majority, viz. 300 A., "Walnutt Thickett," 300 A., "Conten" and 50 A., "St. Katharines," in freshes of Patuxent. He dying without issue, to pass to hrs. of Marsham Waring. Sd. Leonard to lie at plantation until 20 yrs. of age.
