We are researching the surnames of York, and McClure primarily.Both of these families are from Texas and Oklahoma during the later 1800s and the 1900s.More names from the trees are: from the York tree - Bridgewater, Northcutt, Landon, Higgins, Fritch, Henson. And the McClure side of the tree: Patterson, Redding, Cotton, this group would be primarily of Texas, while the early Yorks came mostly from Oklahoma.
